Brandyn Jones
Managing Member
Brandyn began his surveying career as an entry level rodman with Standage and Truitt Engineering in 1997. While working his way through the corporate ladder, he was offered an ownership stake in an engineering firm in 2003. In 2009 he was promoted to survey manager and obtained his license to practice Land Surveying professionally. Brandyn and his team worked diligently to grow his survey team by diversifying its services in all forms of construction staking and grow it over 50 employees with over 20 full time survey crews before resigning to start his own company. Customer service is a passion for Brandyn, as attested by the strong loyalty of his clients and his stellar reputations for the past two decades. Brandyn is passionate about construction staking and is involved in all aspects of construction staking with multiple crews with experience in land development, commercial development and public works improvements. His expertise has become a standard of excellence in this field. His crews reflect this in their responsiveness and accuracy in geomatic layout, construction staking and surveys.
BJ Bautista
Managing Member
Mr. Bautista began his surveying career in June 2003 as an entry level employee and worked his way up the ladder. 2014 Mr. Bautista obtained his license to practice Land Surveying professionally and continued to work on his skills with assistance from his mentors performing survey data research, processing and analysis of survey field data for the preparation of topographic, ALTA, PLSS and boundary surveys, legal descriptions, construction staking calculations and as-builts. Mr. Bautista is well versed in the surveying field. He coordinates and supervises joint survey/civil projects, performs construction staking calculations, reduces field notes, reviews, signs and seals Final Plats, ALTA, PLSS and Boundary Surveys, Legal Descriptions and As-builts and manages project budgets and schedule.
